One thing worth separating is eyewitness observation from strategic interpretation. The description of conditions in Feodosia is valuable because it comes from direct experience. But the later conclusions about Ukrainian intentions rely on inference rather than evidence. The fact that an attack has limited immediate battlefield effect does not, by itself, tell us its strategic purpose. Military operations often pursue signalling, economic pressure, resource diversion, political objectives, and the imposition of cumulative costs alongside direct battlefield effects. The interesting analytical question is not whether the attacks are annoying or even tactically limited, but how confidently we can infer intent from observable outcomes.

A useful analytical habit is to notice where observation ends and inference begins. They require different standards of evidence.

It looks quite peaceful to me.
